Where is Fashionably Yours?
Fashionably Yours is located in Wahroonga. Our online store has a retail shop-front at 29 Coonanbarra Rd, Wahroonga. You are welcome to visit and we would love to assist you in finding your perfect outfit. We welcome your calls on 02 9487 4888 with any questions.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our online store provides numerous details on each dress/item. Simply browse through our store and click on the product in question to see its details, which will include Availability.
Availability will be either ‘In stock’ or ‘Out of Stock’.
Of the items shown to be ‘In Stock’, not all sizes/colours may be available. Select your desired size/colour in the ‘Select Options’ box and if an item is unavailable, the text 'Out of Stock' will appear beneath the option box. If the item is available in the selected option, you will be able to place your order.
All items that you are able to add to your basket are currently in stock and ready to ship. If there is an item you would like but are unable to find, please contact us.
We might have stock coming soon or be able to order it in for you.
How do I know what size I am?
If you’re tossing up between a couple of sizes, it’s normally safest to order the larger size.
Another option, if you live nearby (we are located in Wahroonga, Sydney) is to come in and try some dresses on. Not all of our online range are stored in our retail store - if there is a particular dress you would like to try on please call us to see if it is currently in the store and if not we may be able to bring it in from our warehouse for you.

How do I know you have received my order?
Upon completing your order, you will be sent an e-mail (to the e-mail address you gave us during the checkout process), confirming that you have placed your order with us.
You may also receive e-mails notifying you of the status of your order.
I don’t like shopping online. Is there any other way I can buy from Fashionably Yours?
One of our aims is to provide a safe and secure online shopping experience to all of our customers.
We are secured by Secure Pay and your details are encrypted before being sent to us.
You can rest assured of a safe online purchase.
You can use Visa/Master/Paypal to pay for your purchase online.
That being said, if you would prefer not to shop online, please select all items you would like (on the product page click ‘Add to Basket’, until you have all the items you would like. Then click Shopping Cart) and then give us a call (02) 9487 4888 we can take your order details and personal details over the phone.
Alternatively you can add items to your basket and then send us an e-mail with a Screenshot of your Shopping Basket attached. Please provide us with your Name and Phone number and we will call you (usually within 24-48hrs) and get additional details.
Another option is if you place your order with us and select ‘Pay by Cheque / Money Order’ at the Payment options screen during the checkout process. Then send us the Cheque/Money order to the value of your order. Please be aware that we are unable to send out your order until we receive your cheque or money order.

Can I return my purchase?
It depends on the circumstance. Please see our returns policy for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In our aim to get your orders shipped to you as soon as possible, our system automatically process your orders.
Because of this we CAN’T alter or change your order after you have submitted it.
We ask that you double check all details before submitting the order.
Please ring us (02 9487 4888) ASAP if you discover a mistake in your order.
You may be able to catch us before we have sent the order, in which case we are able to refund both merchandise and shipping costs.
If not though, you will have to receive the ordered products and return them for a refund.
If this happens we can’t refund the cost of shipping and handling.

Does Fashionably Yours ship overseas?
Yes. While we mainly sell and ship within Australia, we also service New Zealand; in this case Airmail or Express International postal services are available and will incur additional cost.
When will my order arrive?
If you place your order before 2pm (EST 'Sydney Time', on a weekday) we will send your order the following working day.
If you place your order after 2pm, your order may not be sent until the second working day after.
The amount of time your order takes in the post varies depending upon where you live.
We send orders with Australia Post Express Post Service, which has guaranteed next business day delivery across a specified network.

Typically you can expect it to take between 1 and 3 days.
It normally takes between 1 and 5 working days from placing your order to having it delivered to your door. We keep tracking codes for all orders, so if you are concerned about the postal status of your order, please let us know and we can give you your tracking number, and Australia Post will happily let you know the status of your order.
Is it safe to pay by credit card online?
Your online security matters to us. Credit card information and details are encrypted before being sent to us.
Secure-Pay ensures our shopping cart is safe for customers. Payment can be made via Paypal.

Orders can be picked up from Fashionably Yours and we will refund you postage & handling cost.
What if Fashionably Yours does not have what I want?
Please contact us if there is a dress or accessories you would like but which we do not stock online.
Chances are one of our suppliers may have it and we can order it in for you OR that we have it in our Fashionably Yours retail shop.
You can request a special-order for most of the items in this website.
What if the item does not fit?
Please refer to sizing charts and/or contact us if you are unsure which size to order.
We do not refund if you have ordered the wrong size.
Can I order for someone else?
You can. To have the order delivered to their place fill in their address as the ‘Shipping Address’.

What details will I need to provide?
When proceeding through the checkout, you will need to provide us with:
1. Name, e-mail and a password of your own invention
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Visa/Master/Paypal details

Aside from saving time at the checkout for your next order, members are given special discounts and promotional codes.

Can I pick up my order from Fashionably Yours retail store?
Yes. Instead of writing your address as the ‘Shipping Address’, please enter ‘PICK UP FROM Fashionably Yours ON __(date you will pick the dress/items up)__’. You will be able to pick it up from our retail store the SAME DAY (provided you order before 2pm on a week day and pick up your order after 4pm).

You are required to pickup your order within 3 working days of your order being placed.What is your privacy policy?

How do I unsubscribe from news and offers via e-mail?
You can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an e-mail (sales@fashionably-yours.com.au) and letting us know you would like to unsubscribe.
Please also include your name.
Can I check the status of my order?
You will receive e-mails at various stages of the process to let you know how your order is progressing.
If your order has been shipped we are able to provide you with a Tracking Number, which will enable you to work out its status in the Australia Post System.
