There is a redeemable booking fee for all appointments except wedding gown appointments
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Appointment Duration: 60 mins
Pickup: 15mins
Alterations : 30mins
Multiple appointments require pre-approval and are subject to availability on the day.
*Please note: Bridesmaids, School formal, Mother of the Bride/Groom and evening dress bookings incur an additional fee on Saturday (see below).

Mon - Sat: 9-5 PM
*Excluding public holidays
Booking Fees:
All booking fees are redeemable off the price of your order or as store credit (non-refundable). Booking fees need to be paid prior to your appointment to secure your preferred time slot.
Bridal appointments - free of charge
All Other First Appointments:
Monday-Friday: $20 redeemable fee, for all appointments except Bridal
Saturday: $50 redeemable fee, for all appointments except Bridal
- All consecutive appointments will incur an additional of: (i) $20 redeemable Monday to Friday (ii) $50 redeemable for Saturday.
- Second Appointment fees may be waived in the scenario of: (i) Requesting a short appointment to re-try a garment (ii) Coming in to confirm an order.
: Sale items are not displayed in our showroom, they are stored in our warehouse. Sale items are available via our try-at-home service or online purchase ONLY.

*Please note: Not all items requested may be available in our store, however, we have a large variety of brands, sizes and colours that may be suitable to sample in store. Due to the vast range of dresses we stock, we do not have every style in our showroom and each style displayed there is only one colour and one size. If you are coming specifically for a certain style, please message us on sales@fashionably-yours.com.au to check in-store availability prior to your appointment. To ensure our high standards of service for both customers and staff, we reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Terms and Conditions:
+ No show or last minute (within 24 hrs of booking) cancellations may forfeit the Booking Fee.
